Food Pharma Systems

FPS (Food Pharma Systems) offer a complete range of Jetmills to satisfy the constant need to reduce particle dimensions of most materials. Since early research stages to pilot plants and then to production, the choice assures the correct equipment for any batch size and any development step. Jetmills work at ambient temperature and they don’t have any moving part: hence the product is not damaged or contaminated during the process. With a collection point, they can assure best homogenisation of the micronized product.

Micronisation Equipment - General Features:

Isolation Series - General Features:

  • Fully welded coved construction.
  • Inlet and outlet pre-chambers or RTP

The trend to develop new high active HPAI or toxic molecules and the increased attention of control organization to operator and environmental protection ask for the use of containment systems during every production phase. Isolators assure containment levels to 0.1ug/m3 (OEL 8h TWA), allowing execution of operations in full safety.
The correct ergonomic design of the isolator around the process to be contained, allows the operators to keep best operability.

Laminar Flow Booths - General Features:
